NCAA is coming to Ada

 Recently, the Men's soccer team put in a bid to be in the NCAA division three soccer tournament. After an unfortunate early loss to Wilmington, we were unsure if we would be placed in the tournament. While watching the press release giving us the tournament teams and information, they said, "and in Ada, Ohio, Ohio Northern will be hosting the first two rounds." Hearing that was such a relief. All season we had worked our behinds off to get into the national tournament, and to be hosting the first two rounds is outstanding. 

Typically, we have to travel to other locations, like the girl's team has to travel eight hours to Iowa. I am so excited that we do not have to travel. They say that the journey can sometimes be better than the destination, but when it comes to traveling, I recommend travelling the quickest way possible. The first game is Saturday at 1p.m. and if we win, we play again Sunday at 3p.m. We got a fortunate draw, the team we play, as well as the two others, are opponents that we are capable of beating. This weekend is a huge weekend for the Bears!
